All of our instruments are set-up and adjusted for excellence in performance! WARRANTY AND TRADE-IN INFORMATION All of our instruments are guaranteed for a period of 2 years. The warranty covers any problems which may crop up with the instrument. Examples may be an open glue joint, slipping peg, or crack. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or maintenence items such as the bridge, strings, or horsehair of the bow. While the need is rare for warranty work, rest assured we are here if something should happen! Our beginning level instruments come with an 80% trade in value, applied to your next instrument purchase. Instruments beyond the beginning level come with our 100% trade-in value. In this way, you are assured of retaining your investment if you ever decide to upgrade!
